Join Lauren for a day of creative embodiment at the beautiful Keirunga garden homestead in Havelock north. Sunday 13th October 10am-4pm.
Inviting you into a space where community can come together to thrive. Starting the morning with a cacao circle and a nervous system resourcing workshop to equip and empower you to better manage the daily stressors of life so you can keep showing up for the things you really enjoy in this lifetime. Enjoy a scrumptious diverse grazing board lunch before entering into an opportunity to just simply rest during a restorative yoga and sound journey.
There will be many opportunities woven through to reignite your creativity through embodiment modalities you'll be invited to explore, alongside vision board making, being in nature, all aimed to reclaim, restore, inspire and empower the remembrance of your most authentic self. Please bring an open mind and heart.
There will be opportunities to meet your edges and explore empowering moments of transformational growth, self awareness, creative exploration and self-expression . I aim to create a collective sacred space of compassion, non-judgement and bravery.
Please note that everything is an invitation, you do not have to participate in the offerings if you do not wish to, your self agency is of utmost importance. Bring a friend, a partner or venture out independently for the day and meet new faces.
