Service Description

​Equilibrium: Nervous System Resilience & Burnout Recovery. A 1-day immersive workshop blending somatic regulation, restorative practices, and nervous system education. Stress and burnout are signals, not failures. Equilibrium is a trauma-informed, nervous system-centered approach to stress resilience, designed for everyone and anyone, you are all welcome. What You’ll Gain: ✔ A deep dive into the nervous system’s role in stress and burnout ✔ Somatic regulation tools to shift from survival mode to equilibrium ✔ Restorative practices (restorative yoga, breathwork, somatic movement) to discharge stress ✔ Self-inquiry & nervous system mapping to create sustainable change ✔ Burnout prevention strategies rooted in self-agency and embodied awareness Unlike traditional stress management programs, Equilibrium doesn’t just teach coping mechanisms, it helps you rewrite your relationship to stress at its core. The day will run 10am-4pm with a lunch break in-between there are plenty of cafes near by or please bring your own lunch and snacks. ​
