Start 2025 with Equilibrium, a 5 week workshop dedicated to nervous system support. Throughout this program, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various experiential, educational and creative embodiment tools to better manage stress , create more balance and accumulate more compassion and patience towards yourself. Each week of the program a different approach will be introduced, building upon the tools and techniques learned in previous sessions. From exploring adaptogenic support through cacao, Maca, and herbal teas to utilizing our bodies to shift stagnant energy, participants will delve into evidence-based methods for nervous system support and stress management. The program encompasses restorative yoga, embodied practices, somatic dance, creative self expression practices through writing, breathing techniques, bilateral stimulation techniques, havening, tapping and so much more, designed to empower individuals on their journey towards more equilibrium in their lives. Lauren aims to empower participants to feel equipped and confident in managing the every day stressors of life and uncertainty. This workshop is for anyone looking to expand their tool kits beyond what they are doing and dive into the world of nervous system support through creative embodiment practices… Equilibrium is also a beautiful way of creating authentic connections with community as we journey together over the 5 weeks. No more than 5 participants per workshop Tiered pricing options: Tier 1 - This option is for people who have financial stability, a steady income for yourself. Tier 2 - This is an option for people on medium income but still have a form of financial income. Tier 3 - This is an option for people on Low income, caring obligations and marginalised communities.
