Cacao Circle & Journey to Your Power Animal with Lauren & Jayne Join us for a deeply immersive evening where cacao, sound, and guided journeying come together to support you in connecting with your Power Animal. Lauren from Creative Embodiment will open the space with a heart-centered cacao circle, inviting you to soften into presence and connection. Cacao, known as a gentle yet powerful plant ally, can help open the heart, deepen intuition, and create a space of clarity and receptivity. Following this, Jayne Hey, a Professional Animal Communicator, Reiki Master, and Transpersonal Psychology practitioner from the UK, will guide you through three drum-supported journeys. These journeys offer an opportunity to meet and communicate with your Power Animal—an ally who supports you throughout your life, sometimes shifting forms as your needs evolve. Throughout the session, there will be time for reflection and sharing (if you feel called), allowing integration and deeper understanding. The group will be kept small to foster a braver, more intimate space for exploration.
