Lauren Albans
Trauma-Informed Integrative Somatic Facilitator

Over the years, I trained under Amanda Hanna (SomaPsych) in trauma-informed facilitation, accumulating over 360 hours of learning in therapeutic movement, embodiment practices, nervous system support, social justice and systemic change. Additionally, I completed 200 hours of somatic dance and soundscape facilitation with Sarsha Hope. My qualifications extend to Laughter Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki, Cacao Facilitating, Myofascial Release Massage, and Shaking Medicine Facilitation.

I  offer integrative somatic sessions, both privately in person and online as well as group workshops. Through Creative Embodiment, I aim to create spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, honor their stories, and reclaim their power. My approach is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and evidence-based resourcing techniques that support your nervous system and creative self-expression.

My work is about empowering you to explore your boundaries and connect with your body at your own pace. I am not here to fix, heal, or diagnose, but to offer a trauma-informed space where you can navigate your journey with curiosity, self-compassion, and patience. It is humbling to witness others step into their power while I continue to grow and learn alongside each individual I serve.
