Inviting you to enjoy a unique slow, relaxing and intuitive massage combining the techniques of Myofascial release and swedish massage, aimed to calm the nervous system so deeper healing can take place on a body, mind and soul level. Starting and ending with a luxurious head massage, in between enjoy a massage for the neck, shoulders, back, hips, arm, legs and feet. This style of massage may be able to support people experiencing stress and anxiety or help you decompress and release tensions in your muscles. I work intuitivley with your body to work with any target areas that may need more attention such as hips or shoulders, as well as the areas you suggest to me also that you feel you hold tension and aches in your body. "Myofascial release is a powerful technique thats creates profound change in the body by releasing fascial restrictions. It enhances anatomical and physiological function in the body addressing pain, movement limitations, structural and postural dysfunction and energy flow restrictions" - Beth Beauchamp Lauren completed her relaxation Swedish massage certified course in 2021 with Jenny Allan and Myofascial release technique training with Jenny Allen and Beth Beauchamp in 2023. Tiered pricing options: Tier 1 $100 - This option is for people who have financial stability, a steady income for yourself. Tier 2 $90 - This is an option for people on medium income but still have a form of financial income. Tier 3 $80 - This is an option for people on Low income, caring obligations and marginalised communities. ***I have now added a $30 deposit to pay now to protect myself from late cancellations and no shows, as I live rural I travel a long way to get to my treatment room and need to take this action to protect myself as a small business owner, thank you for your understanding.***
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Full payment is required to secure your booking (or a non-refundable deposit if offered, with the balance due on the day of your session). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full. If you are running late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full fee will still apply. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. However, late cancellations directly affect my small business and my ability to offer that time to another client. Thank you for respecting my time and energy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the booking system or contact me directly as soon as possible.
