Service Description
What is Integrative Somatics? Integrative Somatics is a body-based approach to healing that works with the nervous system rather than thoughts alone. Through breath, movement, and awareness of internal sensations, sessions gently reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. The pace is slow and supportive, helping you safely process emotions, sensations, and stress patterns that may have once felt overwhelming. Over time, this builds resilience and long-term regulation. This work can complement talk therapy or stand alone if you feel other approaches haven’t gone deep enough into the body-mind connection. What to Expect Registration – Complete a form so I can learn about your goals and needs. Together we’ll arrange your first consultation, either online or in person. If I feel another service might be a better fit, I’ll refer you. Initial FIRST Consultation (1–2 hrs) $150 – We begin with a conversation about the nervous system and stress responses, then explore grounding tools (what I call Base Camp). These resources help your system feel safe before moving into deeper healing. A Vagal Flow massage or Reiki can be added for $50. Follow-Up Sessions (1 hr $50-$100tiered pricing) – Book when ready. Each session builds on your nervous system capacity and integration and release of blockages stored within the body. Equity Pricing Tiers To make this work accessible, I use a tiered equity model: Tier 1 – $100: For those with financial stability. Choosing this rate not only covers your session but also helps subsidise access for others in need. Tier 2 – $75: A mid-range option if full cost feels out of reach but you’re able to contribute more than the base rate. Tier 3 – $50: A scholarship rate for those under financial strain, including carers or those with limited resources. If this reflects your situation, please feel welcome to choose it. Choose the tier that best matches your current circumstances—your honesty and discernment support both your own healing and the wider community. ***I have now added a $30 deposit to pay now to protect myself from late cancellations and no shows, as I live rural I travel a long way to get to my treatment room and need to take this action to protect myself as a small business owner, thank you for your understanding.***
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Full payment is required to secure your booking (or a non-refundable deposit if offered, with the balance due on the day of your session). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full. If you are running late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full fee will still apply. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. However, late cancellations directly affect my small business and my ability to offer that time to another client. Thank you for respecting my time and energy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the booking system or contact me directly as soon as possible.
