Service Description
Vagal Flow Massage is a deeply soothing and restorative head massage designed to activate the vagus nerve, supporting your nervous system in shifting into a state of relaxation and ease. Through gentle hair stroking, cranial touch, massage and the use of carefully selected vagus nerve stimulation techniques, this massage therapy encourages a sense of safety and calm, helping to regulate stress, release tension, and promote overall well-being. Rooted in polyvagal theory and somatic awareness, Vagal Flow Massage is ideal for those experiencing nervous system dysregulation, burnout, or chronic stress. This session invites you into a state of deep rest, allowing your body to restore itself naturally. Let your nervous system be nourished—experience the gentle power of Vagal Flow Massage. A heated under blanket and weighted blanket are also an option to have during your session. Lauren trained with Beth Beauchamp & Jenny Allen from Fascia IQ alongside her training with Amanda Hanna from SomaPsych in Trauma-Informed Integrative Somatic Facilitation, which covered many of the Poly-vagal theory and nervous system resourcing techniques used within the Vagal flow head massage. Tiered Pricing: Tier 1: $80. Community Supporter • For individuals who are financially stable and well-resourced. • Choosing this tier contributes directly to the scholarship fund (Tier 3), helping make our offerings accessible to marginalized communities. Tier 2: $70 Balanced Access • For those with a medium income who have access to financial resources but could use some additional support. • This tier allows you to participate while also contributing a portion toward the scholarship fund. Tier 3: $60. Scholarship Fund • For individuals with low incomes, caring responsibilities, or from marginalized communities. • This tier is supported by the contributions of Tier 1 and Tier 2 participants, ensuring access for those who may otherwise be unable to participate. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Full payment is required to secure your booking (or a non-refundable deposit if offered, with the balance due on the day of your session). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full. If you are running late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full fee will still apply. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. However, late cancellations directly affect my small business and my ability to offer that time to another client. Thank you for respecting my time and energy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the booking system or contact me directly as soon as possible.
