Service Description
Equilibrium: A 1-day embodiment workshop blending somatic regulation, restorative practices, and nervous system education. Stress and burnout are signals, not failures. Equilibrium is a trauma-informed, nervous system-centered approach to stress resilience, designed for everyone and anyone, you are all welcome. What You’ll Gain: ✔ A deep dive into the nervous system’s role in stress and burnout ✔ Somatic regulation tools to shift from survival mode to equilibrium ✔ Restorative practices (restorative yoga, breathwork, somatic movement) to discharge stress ✔ Self-inquiry & nervous system mapping to create sustainable change ✔ Burnout prevention strategies rooted in self-agency and embodied awareness Unlike traditional stress management programs, Equilibrium doesn’t just teach coping mechanisms, it helps you rewrite your relationship to stress at its core. The day will run 10am-4pm with a lunch break in-between there are plenty of cafes near by or please bring your own lunch and snacks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Full payment is required to secure your booking (or a non-refundable deposit if offered, with the balance due on the day of your session). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full. If you are running late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full fee will still apply. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. However, late cancellations directly affect my small business and my ability to offer that time to another client. Thank you for respecting my time and energy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the booking system or contact me directly as soon as possible.
